Meridian
Structured exchange service
Meridian is a managed exchange desk built around staff-handled tickets, verified exchangers, and clear settlement rules so clients can move between payment methods with structure instead of chaos.
Built for predictable handling
Quotes, payment instructions, timing, service standards, and status updates should stay inside the assigned ticket so nothing important gets lost.
Clients are expected to wait for confirmation before paying, confirm completion promptly, and keep their deal reference available for support.
Service rules explain when funds may be frozen, when reversals lead to forfeiture, and where our responsibility ends after payout.
01 Open a ticket and wait for the assigned exchanger.
02 Review the quote, timing, and service terms before sending funds.
03 Pay only inside the active ticket after approval is given.
04 Keep your Deal ID and confirm the exchange once it is finished.
Client workflow
Our service is designed around active tickets, clear approval points, and documented completion. Private-message deals, unofficial middlemen, and silent changes outside the ticket are not treated as supported exchanges.

Policy snapshot
Any deal connected to fraud, impersonation, sanctions exposure, stolen funds, or suspicious payment behavior can be paused, investigated, and permanently withheld where necessary.
Our pricing covers the exchange service itself. Network costs, wallet charges, conversion fees, and payment-platform deductions remain outside that quote unless we explicitly include them.
Wallet restrictions, account limitations, provider freezes, post-payout disputes, and rare refund delays remain part of the client's risk unless we state otherwise in writing.
Owners and senior staff may enforce, interpret, or override procedures where necessary to protect the platform, its team, and its clients, and their rulings are not open to dispute.

Client terms
These terms outline how Meridian expects tickets to be handled, when funds may be frozen or refused, and what clients must do to remain eligible for service and support.
Transactions linked to fraud, deception, stolen funds, sanctions exposure, impersonation, or other unlawful conduct may be blocked immediately.
Payments that look irregular, risky, or disputed may be frozen for manual review for as long as staff believe is necessary.
Our quoted rate covers the exchange itself. Network fees, wallet costs, receiving charges, and third-party deductions stay separate unless included in writing.
If the size of the exchange changes, wait for the updated quote inside the ticket before sending anything.
Attempts to dispute, reverse, claw back, or freeze a related payment can cause all linked funds to be retained and future service to be denied.
If a live exchange moves into private messages, it may fall outside Meridian protection and may not qualify for review, help, or refund consideration.
By continuing with a ticket, you agree to Meridian's service terms and to any extra operating rules clearly presented by the assigned exchanger.
If you go inactive for over half an hour during a live deal, the exchanger may ask to be removed and the ticket may be closed.
Once a ticket is closed or an exchanger is removed, any later transfer is fully at your own risk and may not be honored.
Do not start a third-party exchange unless the paying client is present, prepared, and able to complete their part without delay.
In third-party deals, payment instructions should only be revealed after readiness is confirmed, otherwise the sender takes the risk of funding a broken deal.
Once your side of the exchange is done, confirm it quickly. If no reply is received within one hour, Meridian may auto-complete the ticket.
Security fee cap
Exchangers may not take tickets above the amount their approved security fee covers unless staff explicitly raise that limit first.
Security fee forfeiture
If an exchanger steals, scams, or dishonestly withholds funds, Meridian may keep the security fee permanently to cover platform and client losses.
Your approved security fee is the highest total amount you may exchange at one time unless senior staff explicitly raise your limit first.
Security fees exist to protect Meridian and its clients against exchanger abuse, non-performance, and scam attempts during live tickets.
If an exchanger scams, steals, withholds funds dishonestly, or participates in fraud, the security fee can be confiscated permanently and used to cover losses.
Accepting, quoting, or continuing tickets beyond your approved security-fee limit is a breach of exchanger rules and may lead to removal.
Quotes, payment instructions, proof, and timing updates must stay inside the official Meridian ticket so the full audit trail remains visible.
If you become unavailable during an active exchange, you are expected to say so promptly or request staff intervention instead of silently delaying the ticket.
Exchangers may not route deals through random middlemen, unapproved wallets, or hidden payment hops that Meridian staff have not accepted.
If a deal becomes unsafe or impractical, you may pause or cancel it, but any refund or hold must still follow Meridian staff instructions.
Owner and senior-level decisions are conclusive, and those staff members may depart from standard flow when they judge it necessary to protect Meridian.
If Meridian's exchange flow or bot prompts conflict with what someone says in chat, follow the official system instructions first.
Refunds are not guaranteed. When senior staff approve one as an exception, processing may take an extended period and can in rare cases run for months.
Once the outgoing transfer completes successfully, later wallet issues, freezes, losses, or account actions sit outside Meridian responsibility.
Support is not promised instantly or at all hours. Keep your Deal ID available, because requests without it may not be handled.
Contact should stay in the ticket. Messaging exchangers directly about active transactions may lead to refusal of service or loss of refund consideration.
Meridian does not handle transactions involving sanctioned regions, high-risk jurisdictions, or parties identified through compliance screening.
Chargeback history, identity mismatches, unusual transaction flow, or credible third-party reports can all trigger additional review before funds move.
Some service wallets or accounts may be newly opened or lightly used. By proceeding, you accept the extra risk that can come with that.
